how should the District’s methods of communication transform? Text, Twitter,
Facebook, LinkedIn, website postings, and e-mail all provide a means, but what is
the most effective for member outreach? Then there is frequency; daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, or just as needed. Not to mention format; text only, static images,
web-linked content, or A-V enhanced.
